What members say

Eveline
"Gives me more energy than it takes — even in my hardest weeks."
Tatsiana
"Super useful — we brainstormed great ideas, I'm thrilled."
Michael
"I need to ship what works, faster. This group gave me that."
Oleg
"Just two sharp people nearby who tell you what you'd never think of — that alone is incredibly valuable."

You've been solving this alone

This isn't a personal weakness — it's a structural reality of the revenue leader role.

Your team expects confident answers. So does your board. Advisors help, but there's no one to truly share the pressure with. Thinking it through, second-guessing yourself, checking your logic — all of it, alone.

"A month in, they expect results, not experiments. Every quarter I wonder if I'm good enough. I don't need more ideas — I need to ship what actually works, faster."
"I have a ton of responsibility but no one to properly work through my decisions with. My exec expects a ready plan with his own vision every time. I just need someone to think out loud with."
"We have a great product, but I know I can't break into large US clients on my own. I want to team up with someone to get in there — without massive budgets or pre-existing connections."

The real problem: the load and complexity of the role regularly exceed what anyone can sustainably handle alone. When people around you are going through something similar — the situation already shifts. But spaces like that barely exist.

What GTM Lab is

❌ Not a course or lecture series
❌ Not a networking event
❌ Not a large community with a Slack channel

GTM Lab is a working group of 12–16 people who come together for 8 weeks to achieve better GTM results — together.

A shared space with a clear weekly rhythm. Work keeps moving even when everyone is slammed.

The format takes the best from cohort learning (Maven), peer groups (SLP), and masterminds (YPO). All signal, no filler.

How it works

8 sessions per cohort

01–02 Group context & alignment
03–07 Working sessions on real challenges
08 Wrap-up, takeaways, next steps

Session structure (1.5–2 h)

15' Sync and context check-in
30' Expert / case / experiment
45' Small group work
15' Insights, captures, commitments

Between sessions — optional formats for those who want more: 1-to-1 buddy calls, co-working, mini-groups, a book club, and a shared chat. Not extra homework — just ways to move harder work forward.

Cohort 01 topic

Growth through content, partnerships, experts, and community — without massive budgets. For those working the US market or planning to break into it.

Starting questions we'll work through:

The exact topic set is shaped in the first two sessions — based on what the group actually needs.

What we commit to giving you

01

A new working circle

12–16 peers at your level + access to 5 experts whose hourly rate is ~$5k. A single shared call with one of them already covers the cost of joining.

02

Flexible format

No rigid curriculum. We adapt to what this specific group needs — 8 sessions, each designed and tested in other high-performing peer communities.

03

Structure and commitment

Having a group and a shared commitment by design changes how you work on hard problems. Instant access to 12 potential advisors and partners.

04

Less anxiety

"I'm not the only one stuck on this", "this is genuinely hard — here's why" — that experience reduces panic, calms decision-making, and raises the quality of your thinking.

Experts & members

We bring in experts matched to the group's actual challenges — people who've already done it.

Rand Fishkin

CEO & Co-founder SparkToro · ex Moz

Audience research, content distribution, building influence without big budgets

Olga Andrienko

ex VP of Brand · Semrush

Brand strategy, content marketing, international market expansion

The first to join was Elya — VP Marketing at Elly, one of the strongest B2B SaaS startups of the new wave (seed $1M, MRR $5k). These are the people you'll be working alongside.

Is this for you?

Probably yes, if

  • You have a B2B product or service with customers and revenue
  • You own the outcome: VP, CXO, or founder
  • You don't have a deep local network in the US yet
  • You want to build and test — not just learn
  • The topic lands at ~60%+ for you

Probably not, if

  • No product or customers yet — just an idea
  • You want lectures and content, not collaborative work
  • You're not ready to share your challenges with a group

Pricing

$500

For reference: one hour with an expert at Rand Fishkin's level runs ~$5k. Through the group, you get several sessions like that — tailored to your specific challenges.

FAQ

This is the first cohort — why are you confident it'll work?

The format design is led by Alexey Melnichek (SLP accelerator, Emotional Granularity) — thousands of people have gone through this format, gotten results, and come back. On top of that, I've personally experienced how a few people at my level accelerate my thinking and make the hardest work feel lighter.

The topic doesn't 100% match my situation — is that a problem?

60% match is enough. The exact set of topics gets shaped in the first two sessions from the group's actual requests. And after 8 weeks with the right people at your level, you can spin up additional tracks on whatever's most relevant — this is just the entry point.

I'm in a brutal stretch right now — high pressure, a lot going on.

Counterintuitively, the group reduces load — it doesn't add to it. One of the first members said: "I'm in complete chaos, the hardest stretch in 5 years — I would've skipped any course, but I keep showing up here because it gives me more energy than it takes." The only reason not to join: a medical situation or a full sabbatical during the period.
