Vendor-agnostic by design. We keep a curated pool of partners across the modern GTM stack and assemble the right one for each client.

Most consultancies are reseller arms in disguise — the recommendation is the contract. We built the practice the other way around. Our vendor pool is maintained against real working groups inside RevGuild, so the tools we plug in have been used in anger, not just demoed.

When a tool fits, we integrate it. When it doesn't, we say so. The stack you end up with is yours, not ours.

How we work

Four stages, no mystery. Each one ends with a clear artifact and a real decision point — you can stop after any of them.

Stage 01

Discovery

1 week. A short engagement to understand your revenue motion, the goal you own, and the constraints you live in. We decide together whether there is a fit. No commitment beyond this.

Stage 02

Audit

2–3 weeks. We map data, motions, and decision points end to end. Output: a written audit of leakage and leverage, plus a blueprint of the agentic target state.

Stage 03

Proposal

1 week. A concrete plan: what we fix ourselves, which vendors we bring in, the timeline, the KPIs, the cost. Approve it, pivot it, or walk away with the audit.

Stage 04

Integration

6–10 weeks. We ship the agentic layer, decision surfaces, and knowledge spine — integrated into your live stack. We run the cadence with your team until the system is self-sustaining, then hand off the keys.

A practice built on a working community, not a deck.

Growth Engine Factory grew out of RevGuild — a working community of revenue leaders and growth engineers running cohorts on the newest agentic and AI plays in GTM. The principles, vendors, and people in this practice are the same ones being pressure-tested live in the cohorts every quarter.

We were early. The first cohort ran in January 2026; a top-tier US fund launched a near-identical fellowship five months later. The direction is set. The question is how fast you rewire your engine for it.
