You built the stack. You own the number. You're the one who knows which part is held together with duct tape, and there's nobody in the building you can say that to. So you carry it alone. That isn't toughness — it's a single point of failure, and it's you.
So we keep the room to one kind of person: same job as yours, no stake in your quarter. Nothing to protect, nobody who'll bring it up in your next pipeline review. Half the ninety minutes is saying the thing; half is the room working one real case.
The practice is run by Alex Mel, who does this for teams and communities. RevGuild brings the room. And yes — technically it's called stress sharing. We just know you'd never click on an event called that.

Landing
A short practice to land in the room, before anyone starts explaining themselves.

The round
You say what's been sitting on you — from the feeling, not the org chart. Someone else reflects it back, and you hear your own thing differently.

Case rooms
We take a couple of cases out of the round, split into small groups, and spend about fifteen minutes on one case. You pick which room to go to.

Close
Back together, short — what came up, what's worth taking home. Then it's over. Nothing to prepare, before or after.

Is this your room?
Yes, if —
- you run GTM or growth engineering, and the stack you built is now yours alone to hold
- you'd say the real version to strangers with the same job before you'd say it to your CEO
- you can turn the camera on for ninety minutes and think out loud with people you don't know
- you're fine that the useful part might be someone else's case, not yours
No, if —
- you sell to GTM teams and this looks like a room full of leads
- you want frameworks, slides, or a recording to watch later
- a status update is as far as you're willing to go
The three rules

Chatham House. What's said in the room stays in the room. Take the idea with you, leave the name and the company behind.

No recording. Nothing is recorded, nothing is transcribed, nothing goes anywhere with your name on it. The Vent Log that follows is anonymised.

Bring the real thing. "Q3 is behind plan" is a status update. "I built our entire outbound stack and I can't tell anymore if any of it works" is the real thing. Vendors and agencies don't get in — this is a room of operators.
