GTM Lab

8 weeks working together with 20 people who are solving the same problem you are.

Next cohort starts April 22

Watch a 3-min overview

What is GTM Lab

GTM Lab is a supporting acceleration group for people responsible for revenue growth.

Supporting

A professional circle you trust. You stop figuring things out alone — less anxiety, more clarity.

Acceleration

You move toward your goal faster. New angles on your work, decisions with more confidence — more done, done better.

For revenue leaders

Heads of marketing, heads of sales, and early-stage founders at B2B companies — with an ambitious, complex goal for the quarter.

What our graduates say

Eveline

Real steps, not networking

"The lab brings together founders and marketers from small teams — high velocity, tiny crews, constantly needing to fill expertise gaps. This isn't networking — it's a real exchange of expertise, an outside perspective on your challenges."
Oleg

Collective intelligence

"It's incredible to just turn off your camera and listen to people tear apart your case — I walk away in shock with three mind-bending ideas I never thought I'd actually have."
Ilya

Catalyst for results

"The GTM Lab isn't a tool — it's a catalyst. Magic powder you add so things actually happen. The community won't buy you a car, but it'll help you buy it faster, better, and with certainty."
Dmitrii

Concrete results

"There's clarity of outcome, a design for what the result could be — and that feels right."
Michael

Fresh perspective

"The wow-effect happens when breaking down someone else's case helps you see your own product with fresh eyes. That's the biggest value I've found in our sessions."
Tatsiana

Confidence through support

"When I feel like we don't have much to offer a partner, people in the room remind me that's not true."

Who this is for

We help revenue leaders who are ready for the next level.
Here's the setting — and the challenges that come with it.

"Everyone wants more, faster, and I have fewer resources"

Your board, your CEO, your investors — or your own voice. You need to give your team clarity, but you have nowhere to find it yourself.

"There's too much noise — it's hard to know what to focus on"

AI, new tools, and approaches shift every six weeks. You can't tell the signal from the noise.

"I push harder and get less"

Anxiety stops helping. You develop tunnel vision. Push harder and the tunnel just gets narrower.

"There's nobody at my level around me"

No one to think out loud with. Your company simply doesn't have that person.

What you'll get

A working group helps you achieve results through knowledge exchange and collaborative problem-solving. It gives you access to experts, contractors, mutual support, and partnerships.

Your circle

People you trust professionally — and keep thinking with long after the program ends.

Less anxiety, more clarity

You stop figuring it out alone. Space to think out loud without filters or hierarchy.

You move faster

Clear out internal blocks: doubt, fear, tunnel thinking. The gap between "I think" and "I do" disappears.

You decide better

New angles on your work, more confident decisions, more done — and done better.

You go where you couldn't go alone

New partnerships, collaborations, entry points — through people who ended up beside you.

How it works

The group runs in 8-week cohorts. One session per week, 2 hours each. Plus buddy calls, co-working, and a shared chat.

8 sessions per cohort

01–02 Group context & alignment
03–07 Working sessions on real challenges
08 Wrap-up, takeaways, next steps

Session structure (1.5–2 h)

15' Sync and context check-in
30' Expert / case / experiment
45' Small group work
15' Insights, captures, commitments

Between sessions

Optional formats for those who want more: 1-to-1 buddy calls, co-working, mini-groups, a book club, a shared chat. Not extra homework — just ways to move harder work forward.

What's inside

A mix of accelerator, coaching, and mastermind — focused on one big leap. For your specific role and challenge, it works better than any of them alone.

The right people nearby

Carefully selected by level and context. People who are solving the same class of problem you are.

The right protocol

Intentional meetings, rhythm, and formats. Work keeps moving even when everyone is slammed.

The right environment

A comfortable space to work through genuinely hard problems. Trust only works when you're sitting professionally side by side.

Is this for you?

Built for a specific type of person. Not everyone — the right ones.

Probably yes, if

  • You have a B2B product or service with customers and revenue
  • You own the outcome: VP, CXO, or founder
  • You don't have a deep local network in the US yet
  • You want to build and test — not just learn
  • The topic lands at ~60%+ for you

Probably not, if

  • No product or customers yet — just an idea
  • You want lectures and content, not collaborative work
  • You're not ready to share your challenges with a group

FAQ

The most common questions, answered honestly.

Why are you confident it'll work?

The format is led by Alexey Melnichek (SLP accelerator, Emotional Granularity) — thousands of people have gone through it, gotten results, and come back. And I've personally experienced how a few people at my level accelerate my thinking and make the hardest work feel lighter.

The topic doesn't 100% match my situation.

60% match is enough. The exact topics get shaped in the first two sessions from the group's actual requests. After 8 weeks with the right people at your level, you can spin up additional tracks on whatever's most relevant — this is just the entry point.

I'm in a brutal stretch right now.

Counterintuitively, the group reduces load — it doesn't add to it. One member said: "I'm in complete chaos, the hardest stretch in 5 years — I would've skipped any course, but I keep showing up here because it gives me more energy than it takes." The only reason not to join: a medical situation or a full sabbatical.
